Natalie van Vreden
Chief Executive Officer
Admitted Attorney (LLB), Advanced Diploma in Labour Law, as well as further studies in Health and Safety
With over 17 years’ experience in Labour Law and employed by the PCASA for more than 2 years, Natalie is driven by a passion for people and committed to fostering balance, peace, and stronger relationships within the plastics sector. Her focus is on rebuilding relationships and addressing more than just labour-related matters, including unlocking new growth, creating opportunities, and protecting the industry as part of the PCASA vision.

Nadine Steyn

Nadine is a highly skilled and dedicated admitted attorney (non-practicing) with over a decade of experience in Labour Law, Labour Relations, and client service. Recognised for my strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity, she is committed to delivering high-quality legal expertise and strategic support. With a client-focused approach and the ability to navigate complex legal matters, she ensures effective, results-driven solutions designed to meet members and individual needs.”

Gretchén Anker
National Manager Coastal Regions
Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary.
Gretchen brings more than 13 years’ experience in conveyancing, employment law, and dispute resolution, with extensive experience managing complex cases, guiding teams, and delivering practical, clear solutions in high-pressure environments.
Beyond the office, she is an endurance runner and keeps active, bringing the same grit, discipline, and perseverance from sport into her professional life.
